I have only had this system a few months its a Echo-HD 1080P 16 ch and i have been completely locked out, the screen that used to come up where we logged in doesn't even come up. Have been on tech support live chats several times and have called in many times, either i cant get through or I always end up with a sales associate who never answers the live support and i can see where they keep transferring me back and forth between two associates..
How can I factory reset this DRV so I can get back in?
