I have the system mentioned on the Subject and the model number is # NV3108E
one of my stupid employees has disconnected the system from the power supply "By mistake"
When I turned the system on all cameras shows Video loss.
on the Menu list > IP channel . I don't see any cameras names or IP address or anything of that regard. I tried to Scan, Auto Add nothing work. nothing shows over here.
I tried to restore to factory default settings like 10 times, nothing shows.
I changed the resolution multiple times, nothings shows.
I tried changing the video standard from NTSC to PAL and vice versa, nothing happend
When the camera is connected and you cover it the Red Led light turn on, and it makes a tick sound. It appears it is working. but for some reason it does not show on the screen.
When I look back at the ports behind the NVR they are blinking some green some orange, they appear to me that they are working.
I don't live in the US so I cant bring tech sup or call them in that regard. I have bought the system online and brought it to my country.
Just so that you know, I fired the stupid employee today.
