Can Amcrest cameras connect to Enterprise networks?

Hello,

I am trying to connect my camera to an enterprise network and I have been having issues. The network needs the mac address to verify which I have provided. On the network side, I see that the camera was successfully authenticated, but I'm also seeing that the camera is having the session terminated. Then during the wifi device setup, I'm getting the network errors.

I've been trying to see if Amcrest has network information about Enterprise networks setup, but I don't see any. Any information to go about this would be helpful

What camera is it? Is this a server based network i.e. domain controller/s ? In order to connect to the network do devices need to be authenticated/authorised based on their MAC ? Just trying to understand the topology of the network.
