CCTV only showing black and white

Yes it is possible that it is the camera's power supply. If you unplug one or 2 of the camera's power, does the black and white one go to color?

No they just stay black and white. I am also unable to upgrade firmware it just keeps saying upgrade failed. This is the same USB that worked in the replacement DVR you guys sent me so I know it works.

Well I hope your trouble with CCTV already solved. If not solved yet then my suggestion for go to your nearby CCTV repair man or expert which can solve your issue. I guess the problem lied in between the wire connections. However unlike you my best friend also can't fix his CCTV troubles that are ordered newly from a store as "VENTECH SECURITY". Finally he has to call an expert who solved his CCTV issue within few times. So get help from an expert.

I had problems with my cameras changing from color to black and white during the day... turns out the supplied cables suck.
I replaced them with proper RJ59 Siamese cable and every thing is now perfect.
