Thank you. Switching to a 16vac 30va transformer worked. The first one I bought was DOA.

AD410 and mechanical chime doesn't work
I have a new install on new renos. No previous doorbell. The AD410 works fine, I'm trying to connect to a mechanical chime, it doesn't work. I've tried changing the chime settings in the app. It doesn't make a difference. If I short out the chime, it rings. If I disconnect the chime kit, the chime s...
