That is awesome. While I have done it both ways and always get the Test Failed message lol.. However all my Test Folders are there and my FTP is getting files from all devices connected to it so I don't pay no mind to the Failed message as long as it is working that is all I care about..
Glad it is working for you... Keep an eye on your files it can fill up space really well. lol at least mine does anyway...

I have two WD 4TB Red NAS RAID setup. Recently upgraded from 2TB to 4TB specifically for this purpose.
So plenty of space for now. Old files are purged automatically as well. Yeah.... after scratching my heads
for a couple of weeks (bc of that stupid Test button), finally got it to work.
