4216-E1 some strange issues with GUI

[Revo2Maxx]

So anyone having any issues with the NVR on the Current Firmware? I didn't have this issue until I removed a couple of cameras from the NVR. now it seems that the system is taking some strange snapshots when it is leaving data in the Ai mode, Area on the right and the image that it brings up. The video it self play fine and the Images sent in email or over P2P push is also fine it is only in this Ai mode area as pictures below!?
