Hello and Welcome to the Forum
My guess is that you are missing the DHCP server or have not setup the Router and switch to configure your cameras IP addresses. If this is the issue then the next step would be to Configure the IP cameras with the set IP in its Network settings to match the IP of your Vlan?
So for me and my Vlans on my Switches. I setup my Cameras with set of IPs, I then log into my switch and go to Vlan and setup the number of ports I need for the Vlan, I then configure the ports for the IP address of the Cameras I want to use on that Vlan. Then only thing that is able to access the cameras is devices that have Vlan access all other traffic will either use their own Vlan or Global settings..
A lot of times camera will come with DHCP enabled and a Router or DHCP server can give it an IP address, If you don't have one setup then you will need to configure the IP cameras with a Static IP that supports your Vlan settings..

Thank you, Revo2Maxx, for the warm welcome and your detailed explanation!
You’re right that the issue might involve DHCP or static IP configuration. Let me clarify my setup to see if I missed anything:
I’ve already configured the switch with VLANs and assigned specific ports to each VLAN for the cameras.
The cameras are set to static IPs that match the subnet of their respective VLANs.
A DHCP server is running on the router, and it provides IPs for devices on the other VLANs.
I came across an article explaining VLAN configuration on Cisco switches in detail, which helped me refine my setup: https://cyberopti.com/configurer-vlans-switch-cisco/
Despite this, the cameras don’t seem to communicate properly or remain accessible via the VLAN. Could it be a trunk/access port misconfiguration on the switch, or do I need to adjust the PVID settings?
If you have any tips or examples of how you configured the VLANs for your cameras, especially regarding port or switch settings, I’d love to hear them!
Thanks again for your help!

So I am not sure where the problem is within your Network setup..
Is your Switch a Layer 3 switch? If it isn't maybe the issue is that you are in need of setting up Inter-Vlan Routing.. This info tells the switch that you want devices on vlan xx to work with vlan yx then you would setup your NVR to work in both Vlans xx and yx and the cameras would work on your NVR and have access to the NVR in your yx Vlan for configuring the NVR. If the NVR was a dual Nic NVR then wouldn't need that inter vlan routing setup because the 2 nics would have its own vlan setup..
