I had a similar problem when I did signal extending. If you have 2 routers make sure your firewall is off on the router. As soon as I dissable the firewall on my router I was able to access the cloud from all devices. If not you will need the devices to connect to the extender by getting closer to the second router. Check your firewall and make sure is dissable.

Still have the problem. Two different networks. Several different cameras. Two different cell phones. One AT&T on sprint.
All have he same result. Failed to connect. P2P or DDNS.

This worked on some of my cameras:

Login via IP Config desktop software (or through the web browser interface).
Go to Setup
Camera
Video

Make sure the SubStream is enabled. You can change the quality based on bandwidth.

This was not set on most of my cameras (not sure why it was set this way - or if the cloud was changing it).
After I set this, I had much more success getting Live view working.

I have the same problem. I went through the process of port forwarding per Amcrest instructions, and when trying to connect to the Amcrest site, my system times out. The message returns that the website is not responding.
