Mounting holes from AD110 to AD410

Mounting holes from AD110 to AD410

I'm considering upgrading from the AD110 doorbell to the AD410. The AD110 has three mounting holes arranged in an inverted triangle (two on top and one below), while the AD410 has two mounting holes aligned vertically. If I install the AD410 by drilling a new hole above one of the existing AD110 holes, will the AD410's body cover the two upper mounting holes left behind from the AD110?
