worse case if you have to you can do a Factory Reset with IP config tool.. At the top of the tool, click where you would do the search put in the user and password for your devices it will not stay in there only for this use once you close it will open again as admin admin by design...

Anyway in there you would click on the System Settings Icon, Then you would click on NVR, Then the IP if your NVR, Then on the Tab that says Restore, THen if you click to Restore you NVR will be Set back to Factory Settings.

Just an option I thought I better put out there in case that is needed.

Thank you for the support.

After much wailing and gnashing of teeth, I was finally able to reset my NVR resolution back to the HDMI default, using my computer and hard ethernet connections to tap into the Amcrest menu.

I can now see the fruit of my labor after all the crawling around in my attic to run CAT5.
