I have TinyCam Pro version 6.5. Foscams work fine, but I can't get my Amcrest cameras to work with it.

To get Amcrest cameras to work in tinyCam Monitor be sure you have specified both web (used for ptz and motion detection) and RTSP (used for video) ports in the app.

I've opened both ports and I still can't get it to work. I assume the "web" port is the HTTP port?

the default port is 80. but you can only assign one camera to that port. if you have multiple cameras each one will need a different port number. such as 8090 ...

I have two cameras, they both have different http and rtsp port numbers. I've opened all four ports on my Netgear X8 router. I can access the cameras via quickDDNS, AmcrestView.com, and the AmcrestView app, but not tinyCam. I had no problems using tinyCam when I was using Foscam cameras, but I just can't get it work with Amcrest cameras.

in TC Pro under advanced settings there is a place for your remote hostname. Do you have the correct remote hostname of your router?

if you type that hostname into your browser hostname:webport can you access the camera?
