Amcrest View Pro P2p works on cellular - not office WiFi

On my iPhone, I have Amcrest View Pro working to remotely access my cameras using P2P with a cellular connection & on my home WiFi. When I am at the office using the company WiFi, Amcrest View Pro is unable to connect. I am sure there is something I need to allow on our firewall (that I have access), but I do not know what this is? Can anyone help? I am not in the mood to bust out wireshark. I am sure it is something simple I need to configure on the firewall, but I cannot seem to find this in the forums or other Google searches.
