Hello,
I have an IP2M-841 that I've mounted upside down, so use the settings to "flip" 180 degrees. Upon doing this, the live and recorded videos have a line of noise on the bottom.
About a year ago, I contacted support and was told to hard reset the camera, which I did, but that did not resolve the issue. Upon returning to "normal" rotation (which now is upside-down, because the camera is physically upside down), the problem goes away, so this is JUST an issue when the camera is "flipped" 180 in the Setup.
Anyone else having this issue, and when can we get a fix?
I've posted separately, but don't see that one can even get to the firmware page anymore.

I recently had this. I went away after some "random series of things". Sorry I don't recall what did the trick but atleast I can say I had a similar issue and it went away.

I am planning to mount upside down with an ip2m-841. Has this issue of noise come back for anyone?
