IP8M-T2599EW Push Notification stopped working

For almost a year now push notification does not work to my Iphone. I've toggled many settings and the problem persist. Amcrest camera IP8M-T2599EW. Customer service is a joke, I do not need a firmware upgrade.

Here's the problem. The Amcrest Iphone application does NOT allow a time for Push Notification Recording. Out of my 5 cameras this is the only cameras that displays 00:00 start time and 00:00 end time for Recording. If I use the app to change the time, the time change is disabled but only for this camera!

I used the Desktop app to setup and fix the Push Notification Recording Time and the problem still persist! I walk in front of the camera and NO notification sent to phone.
