No add button for presets

I'm having a different issue with this; IE 11

I can see the Add button, but when i click on it, nothing happens; I can't add presets to this.
Any idea why?

Hello and Welcome to the Forum... @milty456

So that is the area for adding presets and I can tell you while you don't see it does anything I can tell you that you press teh +Add button and change 1 to 25 you will add a preset..

So take your camera move to area you want change number to 2 press the +Add and then move the camera with the arrow keys to another area on screen then click the Go to and you will go back to where the 2 was set.. sadly there is no Preset naming or preset Picture setup for Presets...

Also your on a Older FW... I have still 1 camera on this all my others are on the new 2020 FW.. Be it known you change to the 2019 or 2020 FW if you don't like it you can't go back to your older FW I thought I would toss that out at you.. Reason is because there are things that are changed and the change is in JS and going back to older can damage the camera

I've recently come across a similar issue ( maybe the same ) with the IP66, 4MP, IP4M-1053EW. I too, have no "add preset" buttons in the areas shown above.
I'm on a much newer version: Build Date: 2020-04-21, but in order for me to add presets I had to click Setup > PTZ > Function.

Agreed, all the videos and documentation I've found appear to be dated ( at best ).Hope this helps.

I have a workaround and I just lost what I typed ARGH! I believe it is a bug in the camera's firmware. The workaround is to change the scale factor in your windows display settings. In my case when I changed it from 150% to 125%, and refreshed the browser, I could see the Set/Add/Del buttons. They must be cropped out of existence for certain display configurations. If anyone is paying attention to a new reply to a 4 year old thread, I can post some screen shots to show the problem and the workaround.
