NV2116 playback issues over WAN

Looks like Amcrest has discontinued this NVR. Anybody has experienced slow playbacks over WAN (LAN playbacks work fast)? Viewing the cameras over WAN is fast too, the slowdown is only during playbacks. The only way I found to check the recordings is to remote to a local PC. It's not an issue with the upload speeds since I have gigabit down and up.

I have some issues with my DVR over my WAN. Sadly I don't have GigaWAN. mine is only 60mb. with 10 up. Who do you have maybe in my area would loove to have Gig WAN
