Hello, I am sorry I am not sure if I am thinking about the right area....

However if I am and the Register your talking about looks like a box with 3 input areas and a Enable button..

Server IP
Port
Sub-device ID

This would be so you could set your NVR up with a Proxy Server. If you don't use one then there is no need for any input into the field.
