Im having the same issue. I setup my iphone 5s for the ip/domain and I keep getting a "failed to connect" message as well. It works because I can access it through an IE browser off my wifi.

Im trying to playback the recorded video and I get an error that it cant play the video. Im using the Surveillance Pro with the 841 camera. All of the buttons (play, pause, ford, etc) blink and then the error appears. It wont playback any video. I have been saving the video on my sdcard. Anyone come...
