Jordon77.did they port forward ports 37777 &37779 and then setup on the quickddns servers ? Then on phone app you setup cameras under ip/domain with your camera name that support sets up while setting up quickddns service. This is how they set mine up and it works every time within seconds! For ...

biondi, i'm no expert on port forwarding thats why i had them do it, i have 2 cameras and he forwarded ports 37772 ( tcp). port 37775 (tcp or udp ). port 37777 (tcp). and port 37779 ( tcp or udp) then he set up each camera on the quickddns server.works like a charm even with 1 or 2 bars 4glte. have ...

have you tried using amcrest smart play ? go to support ,apps and software and under mac look for amcrest smart play. this will play dav files. what camera are you using ? i use the ip2m-841b or 841w. if you use this camera they had a problem with dav files not having audio ,don't know if its fixed ...
