Try going into the network settings and make sure its set for wireless as default. Mine was defaulting to wired and refused outside connections from app. Nothing changed on computer/network/phone. it just stopped working., so went into network settings and it was defaulting to wired.

Thanks plasmaecto, will give this a go. Bit of a learning curve here, hardware looks good - hope I can get to grips with the software. I wish it worked better natively with Chrome though, although that may be down to Chrome rather than this product. I have to use firefox with web view, chrome just ...

I had to go into camera settings under network and set wireless as default. then reboot camera. I was having same issue with iPhone not connecting to the app/camera.
It cleared up my app connection issues on WiFi and outside home/local network.

Hello, The slow connection from cellular network could be because of low upload bandwidth of your internet connection. You will need an upload speed of 1.5 mbps/camera if you need fluent video.
