Thx FL Person. I was able to get through on the 713 number. Had most of my issues resolved. Now I just need to figure out how to use the amcrest link app to access my sys with a ip/ddns. If I need to borrow a phone, an ip is alor easier to remember than a UID, ya know?

Well, im trying to contact the support number listed on the website and am getting a " the number i have dialed is unallocated" message. can anyone help me out with this?
