Reolink has a RJ45 video doorbell.

Factory/Hard resetting the doorbell worked for me. I followed these steps:

If you have a router that you can set a static IP for your devices, I would do it there instead of in the camera.

@ronorron I'm confused. Do you have more than 1 wireless home network? To me, "the same wifi SSID" and "my wireless home network" are the same, no? Can you help clarify?
