Set-up for IP5M-1190W
I just set-up a new IP5M-1190W and found a problem with the set-up process. In the step where it has the user enter the network password, you can enter the network password fine, but the "Next" that you have to click on is hidden under the screen keyboard so you get stuck. Android 12.

Amcrestview
Amcrestview shows that it can display multiple cameras. When I click on the 4 camera view, it lets me select 1 camera. How do I select additional cameras? I realize that surveillancepro may be a better fit, but for some reason it won't communicate P2P with 2 of my cameras and amcrestview and android...

Re: Access IP4M remotely
P2P. It's odd since I can access and do everything except video. It's on a restaurant's wifi, I'll have to see if they will let me mess with their router. P2P is so much cleaner since you don't have to deal with the ISP changing the IP address.

Access IP4M remotely
I'm trying to access an IP4M off network, it works fine when my laptop is on the local network. Remotely, I get a green light in Surveillance Pro, so it's connecting. I can even access settings remotely, but I can't get video working. I get message "Failed tp open video! You have no right to op...

Re: Remote access for multiple off network cameras
Thanks Jack7, I have both Amcrestview and Surveillance Pro working thanks to your help! I hadn't seen that p2p option, that was the secret. Now I need to get a few more cameras and learn to use the NVR.

Re: Remote access for multiple off network cameras
Thanks, I have Amcrestview.com working, I can't figure out multiple windows yet. Amcrest Surveillance Pro, I tried it a while back and didn't get t to work. I'll try again, but it won't let me in, it says my password doesn't match and the default doesn't work. I must have set one when I tried last y...

Amcrest Surveillance Pro Reset Password
I can't get logged in. I've tried what I thought the password was and I tried the default again, no luck. How can I get the password reset or get the install totally reset so I can try the default password again?

Remote access for multiple off network cameras
The Android app works well to access off network cameras via the camera serial numbers. I haven't found a way to do that with a Windows desktop. Is there some software I need, I'm willing to buy it, to make this work? Going to each camera, and it's router, would be a pain plus using IP addresses wou...

Tech support acces to camera
Is there a reason why tech support isn't willing to access my camera directly and insists upon accessing via my computer? I have an SD card issue and she said it's impossible to just access the camera with a browser, which is odd since I do it every day. The camera is across town, so there is no adv...
