Same issue here. Is there no way to communicate with them?
Don't they have 24x7 data center server support?
What is this server under someone's desk or something?

From what your saying and reports of other people having the same issue after a little over a year it sure seems like there is an issue with the batteries in these units.
They just dont seem to last very long. Probably even less in hot climates.
Amcrest should at least offer replacement batteries.

Hi, I do have a mechanical chime. Should I remove the linked mechanical chime and see if the call connects? Do I have to factory reset to unlink the mechanical chime? Just to also add that I can go into live view and turn on the mic and sound and 2 way audio and video and everything works fine.
The only thing that doesn't work is when you push the button and try to connect to the call. It goes to 99% and fails everytime with network error.

Same issue here. Factory reset and reboot doesn't help
