That's my situation for the last weeks. Currently it works since about a day.

Did anybody get some official information from Amcrest?
It seems in this forum we all talk about the same issue, and we guess what is going on, and then something changes, and something changes again, and we can continue to guess.
Please Amcrest, let us know what is going on.

Just this moment I saw a message on my phone from my Amcrest Smart Home app that it detected motion.
I also just checked the bell, it works.
It seems now this works again.
I didn't actively update the app or my phone or the firmware of the camera.

Thanks, it is enabled. I checked it before, and just to be 100% sure I just checked it again.

I even tried the typical IT workaround. Disable it, and enable it again. No difference.

I use the Amcrest Smart Home app with my AD410 camera on my Android phone since a couple of months. I enabled notifications for Motion Detection and for Human Detection. This worked fine for a couple of months. Now, suddenly, I don't see any notifications anymore. I don't think I changed any setting...
