Bump!
Could anyone at Amcrest fix this, please?
I’m also trying to view this change log but the link is still broken.

Re: IP3M-943B Losing picture settings
Yep, Amcrest Cloud appears to negate the purpose of having one of Amcrest’s high-resolution cameras... No way to send a lower-res stream to the cloud without affecting other setting. Amcrest should sell a super-cheap Camera wth only 1080p resolution as their cloud camera, since using the Cloud featu...

Re: Amcrest Cloud settings supersede camera's local settings?
I was just perusing the forum to see if there had been any updates on this. I guess not. And Amcrest support still appears to be ignoring the issue in the forums... Why sell a camera with 3 (my IP3M-943) or 4 megapixel video, advertise the cloud service with it, but not be able to use both features ...

Re: Please enable plus ("+") character in e-mail address
+ should be allowed for any email address. Just because MS doesn't, doesn't mean that's correct.
(See how that works both ways?)
If it's in the RFC, why not support it?

Re: Overlay Settings not being saved
Hello brianamcrest, Have you updated the camera to the latest firmware? And how often does the time stamp disappears on the camera? Yes, my IP3M-943 camera has the latest firmware: the 8/31/16 version (it came with that version installed, in fact). How often the time stamp disappears appears to var...

Re: Overlay Settings not being saved
Hello jeffarz, If you want to delete camera from cloud, go to amcrestcloud.com and login. Click on the drop-down next to the camera name on the bottom left and you can delete the camera. I have the IP3M and have the same problem. I want to run the camera at the max resolution (at least for local SD...

Re: IP2M-841B Settings keep getting lost
I have the IP3M and have the same problem. I want to run the camera at the max resolution (at least for local SD recording) and the max Amcrest Cloud setting is 1080p. That means my camera settings keep getting reset to 1080p after a few days (usually) of setting it to 3M. Note: I wouldn't mind if o...

Please enable plus ("+") character in e-mail address
Please allow the plus ("+") character in your e-mail addresses under the SMTP settings (I have an IP3M-943, if that matters). Why does this matter? I use a Gmail account for motion detection events for my Amcrest and other cameras. I easily separate and categorize the e-mails from the D-li...
