In night mode, one of my cameras on my 960H system turns everything bright white and you can't see anything. What's wrong?

Also, in the online user manual, some of the screenshots are similar to the Mac version, but further down, the screenshots are of the windows version.

I have the same problem. I went through the process of port forwarding per Amcrest instructions, and when trying to connect to the Amcrest site, my system times out. The message returns that the website is not responding.

I have the 960h 8 channel system and I'm using SmartClient for Mac to review recorded footage. It seems that the Windows version is much more user friendly.
