Amcrest View Pro not retaining channel names

Amcrest View Pro not retaining channel names

I have six Amcrest cameras connected to an Amcrest NVR (NV2108). I use the Amcrest View Pro app (iOS) to connect to the NVR. I can see the six cameras and their names as the channel names. However, if I close the app or leave my local wifi network, the channel names default to Channel 1, Channel 2, etc. The app does not retain the camera names. I added the NVR to the iPad version of the app and it works as it should. I have installed the latest version of the app from the Apple App Store. Although the app's Help/About screen states the version installed is 3.40.0066, Amcrest Tech has assured me that 3.41.0066 is what actually got installed (there's a bug with the Help/About screen). Is anyone using the View Pro app to view their Amcrest cameras through the NVR and seeing this behavior with channel names reverting back to their generic names?
