How are you affiliated with Amcrest? Do you work for them? Just curious as to why you are not responding to comments about not being able to connect. I have an RMA # to return my cameras but not sure if I need to return them since others are having same problems. Are they having problems with their servers? Please respond.

Sorry for the delayed response. I was not available for the past few days. We are getting some issues on the p2p access and have reported the issue to the developers. If you are still having issues, we can get this working by setting up port forwarding, Could you please call our technical support and we would be happy to get this set up for you.

Already did, had support set it up sat. Morning. Works great now.
