Amcrest AD410 Notifications

Don't know, I have been unwell and spent some time in ER, day before I went in my doorbell went black when I tried to add it to one of my other brand POE NVR. I just today was able to do a factory reset. As soon as I started to walk away I got instant notice. MicroSD was full so I format it and tested a couple of times with instant notices. Using sh app 3.13.3

Just dl'd v3.13.3 and no change on Android v10.
No notifications - all else works. Will be looking for new doorbell camera if this not resolved shortly.

Today issue returns again no notices. Going to add it to my A2 NVR for some testing all other Ai option recorders are filled. Even some event notice right now is better then none..

Received my first notification in a couple weeks this morning. Hopefully this remains fixed! I started shopping around for something else a few days ago. Pretty disappointed with this doorbell. I already had to hack a new battery in the doorbell not long ago and then 2 weeks where I couldn't get notifications. There hasn't been any FW updates in years. I went with Amcrest because I could self host and they were a good value. There isn't much value though when they don't support their products.

Yup again haven't received any notifications again today. Glad I decided to order a different doorbell.

Ordered the below. It was pretty cheap for Amazon Prime day. Fiber is supposed to be coming to my house soon. So in preparation I wired some POE APs. I thought a POE doorbell would be pretty cool. No subscriptions self hosted is kind of my style. Part of what drew me to Amcrest initially. Hopefully it works out.

Yeah that was a nice single day that notifications worked again. Now it's not even logging events or recording at all.

They fixed it briefly and then made it immediately worse than it was
