Firmware for ip3m952e

Is there a firmware update for this camera? Can't find a link to any version ever for this camera. A lot of things are broken with the camera such as the IE plugin isn't signed properly, mac support, the API doesn't work.

Also, what is the snapshot URL to get a snapshot from this camera? I am just using it w/a NVR, so I am looking to do everything direct on camera.

the firmware upgrad has arrived:

build 16080801 11.5MB Only for IP3M952E


How can i install it? Uploading it via QCAM SmartClient (Maintenance) gets me an error:

Upgrading fail! Device is rebooting!



What to do now? Please help me, amcrest/QCAM!

Is the camera connected to the back of an NVR or is it directly connected to router through a switch? If directly connected to NVR, it might not work properly.
