Like some others, I can see my AD110 on Surveillance Pro, and my Amcrest NVR. So the issue is definitely on the app side. The doorbell disappeared from the Smart Home app overnight
Waiting (impatiently) for some type of notification that issue has been resolved.
Of course, I tried to re-add the device, and got “Check Network” error, because their app is whacked.


After reading numerous post from earlier years, it seems this has been an ongoing issue. I dumped my Ring Pro in Sept when they removed the “mode” feature from my annual subscription, and placed the feature in a more expensive subscription with no notice. Thousands of Ring users left.
Never thought I would have issues with Amcrest since I’ve had cameras and a NVR for 4-5 years. Disheartening to say the least.
