Amcrest Smart Home - "Network Error" cannot login

Guess I should have come here first. Would be nice if amcrest sent an email to inform smart home users of problem. I have spent several days looking into this. Funny thing with my cameras is they still appear to work. I only noticed the issue when I tried to reconfigure one to replace my old foscam in my detached garage. I hope the fix doesn't require a reset because I hate freezing my butt off trying to reset my AD110 doorbell camera.

I didn't reset any of my cameras. Just remove and install app cured issue for me with android phone, sign into account all cameras returned to app and access to cameras restored.

It “appears” that there is an Oct 22, 2024 update to the Amcrest Smart Home Apple software. Unfortunately, it’s not available for some reason. I took a picture of the info on the App Store, but cannot seem to include it.

If someone could tell me how to upload a photo, I can share it with you.

In time the new iOS version will be updated to the store for people to DL that copy you are pointing is no longer valid and my guess has been removed. Not working with old version from before Dec. So DL OCT version won't help, Can't log on to the software for access to the camera on older version.. Apple time is insane time.. Amcrest don't control that..
