QCAM 3MP 3 Camera NVR Firmware questions

I have a few questions about the firmware for this system.

1) Do the cameras have their own firmware, and if so, how can I check their version and how can they be updated if needed?
2) I've been checking the download section since I purchased the system back in April for updated NVR firmware, and there has been none. I'm hoping that there will be new firmware to fix the numerous bugs I have encountered with motion detection. Is there any new firmware planned to address these issues, or is this considered an End of Support product now?

No updates are available for the Qcam NVR at the moment. We are following up with the developers on this.

@Melvin, where is that posted? I don't know which camera was included in the kit, so I'm not sure what to look for.

Also, how does one update the firmware of the camera if it is plugged into the NVR? Would I need to plug it into a POE switch on my network?

@Melvin , As far as I can tell, this camera is model IP3M952E which I don't see firmware for.

Sorry for the delayed response. We have not received any info from the manufacturers of an update for the NVR or IP3M952E. We will be posting it on the website when a new firmware is launched.

It has been a few months now, is there any update on the firmware? The motion sensing functionality is completely unusable in its current state.
