Time issues

Wow, it's not even midnight yet on November 1st, but all my devices suddenly went haywire! I don’t get it—they’re all using the same NTP server and configured identically, and they've been working fine since I last set them up to keep the time accurate. Then, out of nowhere, every device I own—Alibi, Amcrest, Dahua, and others—went crazy. Alibi was the worst, switching to time zone 24, while my Dahua and Amcrest devices changed to -4:00, even though I’m in -5.
The only reason I noticed was because my devices, set to reboot at midnight, all restarted at 11 p.m. I thought, 'Wow, midnight already?' But when I checked my phone and computer, they were still showing 11 p.m. Luckily, I could reset everything through my DVR/NVRs, which updated all the connected cameras too.
