I have only one amcrest for the moment. I was happy until there is no way to see recorded video on the SD card. I changed the SD card but I have the same problem.
"New Member Introductions!" link is not working for me, so I will wait to have access to the forum because checking offline I saw one person with the same problem.

It might help to know which camera model you have got and also how you have tried to access what has been captured on the SD card.
Speaking personally, I use Amcrest Surveillance Pro (ASP) but also the web user interface of my cameras.
If you are going a step further and downloading images and video from the card, then that can be a bit of a pain and on the rare occasion that I have had to do so, I've resorted to ejecting the card from my camera and using a card reader on my computer.
P.s. - I'm not sure what you mean about the link not working, that forum is where your post has appeared so it looks quite normal to me
