I'm also having this issue. The Video settings keep getting reset. They are NOT available on the cloud, so that is a non-issue. Need this fixed ASAP.

I no longer receive email notifications of motion alerts. It used to work before. I updated to the latest firmware, but still doesn't work. I've also check snapshot as well, but that didn't work either.
